This video was created from the ground up to be accessible to those with disabilities. Ranging from work related injuries, blind or visually impaired, learning disabilities, deaf or hearing impaired, etc. We sought to make it as clean, clear and underacting as possible.
Lois Mckalravey, the talent on screen, is a brain injury survivor who successfully went through the Montana Vocational Rehabilitation Program. We chose her for this reason, but more than that, Lois is a great speaker and presenter for her own business. Her warmth and personality really shines through in the video. She makes it personal.
The video was created in different formats. One with Closed Captioning. Another with Descriptive Audio enhancement. We also made a version with a signer for the deaf in the right lower corner.
